Slow Flow Yoga
Description
This slower-paced vinyasa class also links a series of postures (asanas) that flow sequentially from one to the next, coordinating breath with movement, but with attention to slowing down the practice to focus on proper alignment and a deeper connection to the breath. Strengthen, stretch, and calm your body in this more meditative one hour class, a perfect way to wind down the day. Who this class is for: Both beginners and experienced practitioners, but moves at a slower pace than the Flow class for a deeper stretch. What to wear: Comfortable clothing—it doesn’t have to be skin tight but it should allow you to move easily. This is your practice. What to bring: No need to bring a mat but you may want to bring a water bottle. **For the first class please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out paperwork and settle on the mat so we may begin on time. Thank you!
