Yoga for Men
Description
This class takes into account the differences that men and women might have in their strength and flexibility, while providing similar challenges to those found in the Flow class. Who this class is for: Men who are both beginners and experienced practitioners. What to wear: Comfortable clothing! This is your practice; you just need to be able to bend and stretch in whatever you're wearing. What to bring: No need to bring a mat but you may want to bring a water bottle. **For the first class please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out paperwork and settle on the mat so we may begin on time. Thank you!
