Join us at Litchfield Pilates & Integrative Health for our Mid-Life Mindfulness Workshop, a 5-week program designed to enhance your overall well-being during the challenges of midlife. This workshop focuses on the physical and emotional aspects of this stage in life, providing discussion and support to help you meet the challenges of menopause. Embrace balance and mindfulness modalities to support your whole person during this transformative time. Please note that you must attend all 5 sessions. A full refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within one week prior to the start of the workshop, 50% refund will be given up to 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop, and no refunds less than 48 hours prior to start of workshop.
