Description

This is a vinyasa class that links a series of postures (asanas) that flow sequentially from one to the next, coordinating breath with movement. Strengthen, stretch, and calm your body in this invigorating one hour class. If you’re looking for an energy boost, this class is for you. Who this class is for: Both beginners and experienced practitioners, but moves at a faster pace than the Slow Flow class. What to wear: Comfortable clothing—it doesn’t have to be skin tight but it should allow you to move easily. This is your practice. What to bring: No need to bring a mat but you may want to bring a water bottle. **For the first class please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out paperwork and settle on the mat so we may begin on time. Thank you!
